Space Deflators
Early alpha version of Space Deflators. Shoot enemies, score points. Enemy attacks get more varied as the game goes on. Five bosses to test. (Boss explosion routine has some visual bugs right now) Effectively infinite lives.
Edit: Something wrong with the first boss, it appears. This error doesn't appear when I'm running it in Godot itself, just on the website. I'll have to see what's up with that.
Controls:
Left and Right arrow keys: left and right arrow keys
Fire: Z or up arrow key
Power-ups:
R = Rapid Fire (can have eight shots on the screen at once instead of just two)
3 = Three-way shot (shoots three shots in a spread pattern, up to two sets of shots)
H = Homing (shots follow your ship position, allowing you to guide them into enemies; four can be on the screen at once)
(Losing powerups when dying is currently set to Off for testing purposes, and you start with the Rapid Fire powerup instead of the basic shot)
New for this build (3/9/2026): bonus ship added with randomized point values.
New for this build (3/16/2026): Boss fights added to temporary game loop. (This is not the board order for the final version)
New for this build (3/27/2026): All five boss fights now implemented, in wrong order. (Final game will have 25 stages, with a boss every five stages)
